This program is offered for both undergraduate and graduate TTUHSC nursing students and is designed to prepare staff, front-line transforming needs required in today's complex environments.

All credits earned from the certificate program can be applied towards other Texas Tech degrees including the Executive MBA Program, the BSN or MSN in Nursing Administration as the certificate programs contain fully-accredited course work.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Earning the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will allow you to develop and implement the process improvement projects your organization needs. In addition, it is your first step toward becoming a Black Belt with the skills to oversee other's quality improvement projects. You will be Green Belt Certified at the end of your Certificate training.
