Applicants for the Graduate Certificate for Healthcare Change (CHC) must complete a Special Student (non-degree seeking) application and be accepted by the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing and the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration.
Prospective students are required to submit an application.
Admissions Process - Graduate School

- Prospective students must fill out an application for Texas Tech University's Graduate School and be admitted

- Fill out, print, and submit the TTU Application
- When filling out the TTU application, choose the Non-degree Study Objective
- Check-mark Graduate Temporary (GTMP)
- You can either mail your application to the address below or fax it to the Graduate School at 806-742-4038
- Pay your application fee: $50 for domestic students, $60 for international students
- Have official transcripts from all of the colleges and universities that you have attended sent to Texas Tech University Graduate School
- After admission, complete and submit the "Request to Change Current Study
Objective" form
(you must do this!)
- Print out this form and fill out the information, then sign and date the bottom
- You are requesting to change from a Graduate Temporary (GTMP) to a Graduate Certificate (GCRT)
- CLICK HERE to obtain the "Request to Change Current Study Objective" Form
- After admission, complete and submit one copy of the 'Graduate Certification Program Plan' to the Graduate School for approval before the second semester of enrollment in the program
- You are also required to complete and submit the 'Statement of Intention to Complete Certificate'
