The Graduate Certificates for Healthcare Change (CHC) programs are designed to prepare staff, front-line managers and executive-level leaders to meet the transforming needs required in today's complex environments. Successful candidates earn their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with while paired with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt individuals and Texas Tech faculty as they acquire experience from involvement in hands-on operation improvement projects. As change agents, they are expected to increase the quality, safety, efficiency, satisfaction and profit in the workplace.
The Undergraduate and Graduate Certificates for Healthcare Change Programs are offered through online sessions that accommodate the busy work demands.
