COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course integrates and reviews of all M.B.A. core courses. It will include a comprehensive exam over all M.B.A. courses; evaluate individual management and leadership skills; formulate an individual Career Development Plan; and assess individual progress toward M.B.A. program goals as well as the HOM Competencies.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Students will have developed a set of exercisable behavioral skills that enable an individual to function effectively in a top level/responsible management position.
This list of skills includes effective interpersonal communication, active listening, giving and receiving feedback, presentations, interviewing, team building and trust building, conflict management, resolution of ethical issues, situational team leadership and group facilitation.
